Windermere Oaks Water Supply Corporation accepts payment by check via USPS mail or by putting your payment in the local drop box that is located next to the community mail kiosk at 103 Eaton Lane or by credit card through Paystar.  NEW FEATURE: Receive an email notification that "Your Bill is Ready" to view online. Credit Card or Debit Card Payment through Paystar

Windermere Oaks WSC has partnered with Paystar to offer its members an online payment option using your debit or credit card. The Paystar online credit card payment system is linked in the "Pay Your Bill Now" Button.  Payers can quickly find their water account and balance due with just a few pieces of information from your bill. You can utilize the QuickPay option then after you make your first payment, there is an option to create your online account to access additional features and be able to view your balance, make payments and save credit or debit card payment methods for faster payments the next time. Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill. To insure accuracy, please write your account number in the memo field on checks. Do not staple or tape payment coupons to checks.

Payment Dropbox Location

You may pay your bill in Windermere Oaks by putting your payment envelope in the drop box conveniently located near the mail kiosk located in the Pavilion parking lot at 103 Eaton Lane.  (See map below, X marks the spot)

Note that box pick-up time is 3:00 PM.

Please place your payment in an envelope to avoid loss or damage.   No postage needed.

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
