To apply for service, complete the Service Application and Agreement (which can be found under the picture of the dropbox map with the Fee Summary) and send to WOWSC via email or mail.
Applicants for service and membership shall provide proof of ownership of the real estate to be served by deed of trust, warranty deed, or other recorded documentation.
